Keeps calling me over and over - No one there - Call back and no one answers

Says he's going to file lawsuit. been saying this for 3 months. Has been calling friends now looking for me. I called the local sheriff and they said it's a scam. I called the guy back and cussed him out several times. He called me back cussing me out demanded I call him back or "i'd be in big trouble". Yeah right.

They called 3 times today, even though I told them I didn't want to do their "hospital survey". After I told the guy that they had already called me twice and I didn't want to do the survey, he just "just give us your opinion and we'll take you off the list". I replied, "my opinion is that you are a pain in the ass". I then hung up used call screening to block that phone number.
